Basic and Pro licenses come with a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Just contact us within that period.

2. How to request a refund

E-mail sales@theatreprompter.com from the address the license is registered to and include your order or transaction number. We process requests within 14 days at the latest, usually within a few business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If the payment was processed by our payment partner, the refund is issued by them.

3. What happens after a refund

After a refund your license reverts to the free Trial tier. You will not lose your data — scripts stay stored on your device; only paid features are limited.

4. Try before you buy

You can try the application in the free Trial tier with no time limit — we recommend verifying it fits your production before ordering.

5. Statutory consumer rights

This guarantee does not affect statutory consumer rights in the EU, in particular the 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. The same policy also applies to business (B2B) purchases.
